Our aim is to build a sustainable future for employees and employers where personal skillsand behaviours are mapped to the market requirements and expectations to create the perfect match. 

Our sustainability ambition has motivated us to expand our attention to a comprehensive offering where we are support employers not just to choose the right talent and develop them but also to pay them fairly. In consequence we build a new branch of the business called Express Reward Service (ERS) - a new one of, quickconcept to support small and medium size companies who do not have the right capability or capability to work this ambition: fair pay and equal opportunity environment.

Career support - one to one sessions with our clients to disucss career opportunities build around their own skills, behaviours and personal priorities. 

 

Soft skills education sessions for employers.

 

Re-skilling - employer road map to re-skill existing and potential new employees to adress changing in the requirements and expectations of your business. 

 

Reward express - express service to support a fair and sustainable pay appraoch for a changing and expanding employer group.

Soft Skills Trends - We are setting up the measurements and priorities for an ongoing report of the UK work market that will allow employees and candidates identify trends of skills sets depending on their area of expertise or interest. We are currently looking for job platforms support to offer us access to raw data.


Back to work planning - working in partnership with local communities and NGOs to support the existing initiatives. Please let us know if there are any ongoing projects that you know about that may use our expertise.

Every year is our 'Give Back' Year!'

Our ambition is to identify the right path to support individuals in need to understand their strengths and use existing opportunities to get back in the work place, move towards the right direction, built up on their existing skills and behavious.

Working already on platforms such as Helpfulness or local support communities we achieved great satiscaftion on 121 projects.
