Express Reward Services ERS

We are a team of accomplished compensation professioanls with a vast experience in international companies looking to support an Express Reward Service (ERS) for companies who do not have the internal capacity or capability to support a specific compensation activity. 
We work on specific request with no long term binding contracts and offer you the ooprtunity to contract us for brief activities to medium term projects with further development activities. 
We work on tight deadlined with a clear deliveralbe in mind. 
How should you action further if you believe that any of the services would be of interest:
Step 1 - Contact us for a quick quote and clarifications of deliverable
Step 2 - sign a quick agreement to define deliverables, time frame and cost
Step 3 - Our Specialist will contact you (in 2-3 working days from Step 2) for a brief discussion (Skype conversation) to undersntad further your current structure, specific technicalities and expectations. An exact deliverable will be agreed at this stage. 
Step 4 - Deliverable. For all basic activities we take 5 working days to deliver the final product. Intermediary brief conversations may be required in the mean time. 
Step 5 - Feedback / Contract clossure and payment in the next 5 working days. Any alteration will be available based on original agreement as long as they fit the original statement of Step 2.Extra hours for additional activies will be build separatly if requeired by the Customer. 
Our service is usually used by companies who do not have Reward capability and require a sepcific technical review or profesional departments who require a specific extra activity to be delivered externally.
Our approach is unie and works like any other express service without any long term  commitments or extensive contract agreementsto deliver a quick and straight forward responce to your query.
